How long will my order take to ship?

A. We guarantee your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days for READY TO SHIP items. 

B. PRE-ORDERS: Kindly allow 10-14 business days for processing as these items require extra time.

 

What is your return policy?

A. Our items are handmade to order and therefore can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you have an issue with your order reach out to us at prettynpressing@gmail.com

 

Do you accept custom orders?

A. We are currently not accepting custom orders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

A. Shipping is only available in the United States.

 

What happens if my package gets lost?

A. If your tracking number says an order is delivered but you don't have it, we suggest reaching out to the shipping courier. Once package leaves our hands and tracking number is confirmed as shipped, we can not be held liable for negligence of the courier.
